What we process

Contact data. If you email or call us, we process your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message in order to reply.

Client data. In delivering our services we process client business data and access to their Google Business Profiles. We use this only to provide the services agreed in the contract.

This website. This site uses no tracking cookies and builds no visitor profiles. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.

Legal basis

We process data to perform a contract or to take steps before entering into one, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries we receive.

Sharing

We do not sell data. We may share data with providers needed to do our work, including Google (Google Business Profile services), our email and hosting providers, and our accountant.

Retention

Contact data is kept for two years after the last contact. Contract and accounting records are kept for as long as Latvian law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise these rights, write to info@abaru.lv.

If you believe your data has been handled incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate.
